South Korean tech company Samsung has launched a new foldable smartphone W20 5G. The Galaxy Fold was the company’s first foldable display smartphone. W20 5G also looks similar to Galaxy Fold. You can think of it as an upgraded version of Galaxy Fold.
The W20 5G has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus processor and this smartphone supports 5G. Apart from all these, you will not see much change in the specifications.
The first screen of Samsung W20 5G is 4.6 inches and is Super AMOLED. It is also called cover display. After unfolding the primary screen, you get a 7.3-inch Infinity Flex Dynamic AMOLED display with a resolution of 1536X2152p. There is a hinge at the bottom of the screen which you will not see and from here it folds.
Samsung W20 5G features Android One Pie based Samsung’s custom mobile OS One UI. This smartphone has 512GB of internal storage with 12GB of RAM. Micro SD card is not supported.
Samsung W20 5G has a triple rear camera for photography. There are two cameras for selfies. The primary camera is 16 megapixels, the second is 12 megapixels and the third is also 12 megapixels and it is a telephoto lens. Two 8 and 10 megapixel sensors have been provided for the selfie.
The Samsung W20 5G has a USB Type C port for connectivity. It can be purchased in Space Silver and Cosmos Black. This is obviously a 5G smartphone, so Snapdragon x50 has been given in it and standard connectivity features like WIFi 6 and GPS, NFC are also provided with it.
The price of Samsung W20 is not yet publicized by the company. Its sales in China will start from December and only then its price will be announced. Whether it will be sold outside China or not is not clear at the moment. Its price is expected to be 15,000 to 17,000 yuan.
